Remiscent of 2002, Nocturnal recording artist, Terra Diablo, brings back the Bush/Gore era with Emo-Oriented Grunge Rock. Picture Mae, the Foo Fighters, and Placebo in a mash-up album. Pretty cool!

Emo without whining, Grunge without copying, and Rock without being boring, "Deluge Songs" is a turn-of-the-century-influenced Rock opus that hits hard all the way through. Perfect album for moshing, jumping around, and driving fast.

"Deluge Songs" starts off with "Captain of Simpletons," a song that tributes bands like Placebo and Mae, and rips right into, "Setting Suns," "Disappearing Act," and "Walked Away." Thes four songs bang all the way through, and should be listened to at high volumes if at all possible.

The Song, "Disappearing Act," reminisces of the Foo fighter's "Everlong" with a twist of Drive-Thru Records, as does the song "It All Kicked Off At The Bloddy Club."

"Quiet" sounds like the end equation of adding Helmet to Blink 182. "Stay Inside The Circle," "Deluge Songs'" only ballad is also worth several spins.

This album is a must-buy for those kids who wear wrist bands, and sport lip piercings!
